Born in Split, Croatia, Dr. Edna Petersburg was considered a troubled child who saw numerous psychologists throughout her teens. At a young age, she was diagnosed with major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and delusional disorder— persecutory type. As she grew older, she believed that many of the feelings she had came from other people due to her strong sense of empathy, possessing the ability to feel what others feel. She became dedicated to test theory, even if it meant leaving Croatia.

Moving To The United States
In her early 20s, she moved to the United States to attend the Moolah City School of Psychology in North Carolina. She had an unusual mission. Petersburg wanted to learn more about herself by studying others. After completing the 7-year course and becoming a licensed Psychologist, she took on a private practice in Moolah City while simultaneously continuing her education at Moolah City Medical School to become a psychiatrist.

Mental Health Fanatic
Dr. Edna Petersburg has made breakthroughs in her mental health studies over the years, becoming a licensed psychologist and a licensed psychiatrist, which is a rare occasion in the state of North Carolina. She's published multiple books on her studies in mental health. However, her thirst for mental knowledge was not satisfied.

Moving To Calico Aster
Dr. Petersburg moved her business to Calico Aster, North Carolina, as Calico Aster was quieter than Moolah City, and allowed her to think better. Obsessed with runes and the native history in the area, she named her business Blue Rune Psychiatric, where she practices both psychotherapy and medical treatment separately.

Pro Wrestling
She knew that pro wrestling was booming in the area, and pro wrestling was filled with over-the-top personalities. The timing was perfect, as the Calico Aster Athletic Commission ruled that wrestlers underwent psychological evaluations to determine if they were fit to be pro wrestlers.

Petersburg Screening Evaluation:
The CAAC reached out to Dr. Petersburg for assistance in this matter, and with a big grin, she agreed without hesitation, but she needed more time to learn about the pro wrestling rules and regulations and the ins and outs of the business. She studied wrestlers in and out of the locker room. She watched matches, and she studied the fans and how they reacted to some wrestlers. She watched fans ask for pictures and autographs. She interviewed fans. At times, she watched wrestlers in public to see how they acted when no one was looking. She finally developed the Petersburg Screening Evaluation.

The Petersburg Screening Evaluation is administered by Dr. Edna Petersburg, regulated by the Calico Aster Athletic Commission, and governed by the City of Calico Aster. As part of a public-safety initiative, the PSE determines whether a professional wrestler is classified as a heel or a babyface. Wrestlers who score from 0 to 49 are classified as heels and assigned to the Heel Locker Room, while wrestlers who score from 50 to 100 are classified as babyfaces and assigned to the Babyface Locker Room. Any score below zero results in disqualification. Active wrestlers who are disqualified are suspended immediately.

A wrestler may apply for reevaluation one month after the previous evaluation. The CAAC Director may also order a reevaluation at their discretion based on the wrestler’s in-ring or out-of-ring conduct.
