APPW fans, let me tell you a little story about a woman from Moolah City, North Carolina. This multiple-time Petalverse Lanes bowling champion and former Algaheim Correctional inmate bowls her way through the competition in All Petalverse Pro Wrestling. The lanes are closed. That woman is not Natalie Paul. Allow me to introduce Ms. Sherman.
As a multiple-time Petalverse Lanes bowling champion, Natalie Sherman-Paul was in an abusive marriage with her husband, Justin Paul, who worked at True Lanes bowling alley in Calico Aster. One Saturday night, police responded to a disturbance call at True Lanes after hours. They found blood trails on Lanes 7, 8, and 9. Paul's severed head was found on Lane 9 beside a standing bowling pin. Calico Aster Police detectives Felix Oboro and Dax Chase learned from CSI Haysbert that Justin's head had been bowled across three lanes. Natalie told detectives that the lanes were closed. She was arrested as the primary suspect.
Previously, Justin Paul was laundering money into True Lanes for the Albanian Crime Family of Moolah City. After hearing of Natalie's arrest for the crime, the gang believed Natalie should pay the price for losing their money. They ordered the hit on Natalie the night she was arrested, while she was in Algaheim Correctional, the jail in the Sweggy Hills district. She was awaiting arraignment on Monday morning. A correctional officer offered Natalie the chance to clean the Aggrey block day room, a block primarily used to hold incoming personnel on weekends. She agreed to it because it would allow her to exit her single holding cell to walk around. However, things took another dark turn. While escorting Natalie to fill up the mop bucket, Ofc. Peter Krasniqi attacked her, along with Ofc. Simon Gashi, who was previously patrolling the yard.
Brutally beaten, the officers blamed two other inmates for Natalie's assault, but Natalie survived and remembered the truth. Represented by attorney Mei Lee of J.Y.L. in a civil lawsuit, Natalie learned that one of the attacking officers working in the operations department admitted he had disabled the cameras and unlocked the doors so two officers could attack her. The officers were arrested by Sheriff Cheryl Sinclair.
Natalie pleaded not guilty to the crime and was granted bail due to her unusual circumstances. After her release, she spent months recovering from the attack. Later, a man with frequent priors named Ralph D. Standfield confessed to the crime, claiming that he killed Justin Paul for stealing funds from the Moolah City Jester Movement (MCJM), a street gang based in Moolah City. Standfield said that Paul's last words were, "The lanes are closed."
The charges against Natalie Sherman-Paul were dropped. Calico Aster County settled the $7 million civil rights lawsuit without going to court, crippling the county's finances.
While reading about the story in the Calico Aster Exchange, APPW promoter Waldo Wagner heard from former Algaheim inmate and APPW tag team wrestler Mr. Norman Baccus that Natalie held her own against two correctional officers before they took her down.
After hearing the news, Wagner reached out to Natalie to see if she'd like to try pro wrestling. She agreed, as long as she could hide her face during her evaluation with Dr. Edna Petersburg, though it didn't matter—Petersburg could see through everyone. Strangely, she painted her face like a jester before the mandatory evaluation.
The Petersburg Screening Evaluation score, administered by Dr. Edna Petersburg, is regulated by the Calico Aster Athletic Commission and governed by the City of Calico Aster. The PSE determines if a pro wrestler is a heel (below 50/100) or a babyface (above 50/100), as part of a public safety initiative.
Score: 21/100 (Heel)
Placing her in the Heel Locker Room.
She has the third-lowest heel score in APPW, with Spooky Sayaka at 08/100 and Mymphis Morbia at 17/100.
In APPW, she uses the moniker "Ms. Sherman," her maiden name.
