Lucija Rojas was born in Sierra Vista, Arizona, to parents from La Paz, Bolivia. With a father in the U.S. Army, she spent most of her childhood in Sierra Vista and Hinesville, Georgia. When she was a teen, her father was stationed at Fort Calloway, NC, the Army base in Calico Aster County. She has lived in Calico Aster since attending Calico Aster High School.

Struggling to find her path in life, Lucija worked as a waitress at Cartoon Breakfast before becoming a sales associate and pet groomer at No Flea Zone. While working at No Flea Zone, she met Connie Gnowles, the former owner of the Dark Flamingos gentlemen's club and twin sister of Bonnie Gnowles, owner of the Girls Nite Off male revue.

While shopping, Connie asked Lucija to help her find larger dog leashes for the "commissioner." While assisting her, Lucija jokingly asked what breed of dog "Commissioner" was, as the name sounded like a big dog. Connie smirked and explained that the leash was not for a dog, but for a male client whose job title was Commissioner. Before leaving, Connie handed Lucija her Forever Dark Flamingos dominatrix business card and told her to call her if she ever wanted to make more money.

Lucija's life was about to change...

King Lucija

After training Lucija as a Forever Dark Flamingos dominatrix, Connie introduced her to male clients. Connie helped make her one of the most requested dommes at the company. Lucija began attracting high-profile VIP clients, making a name for herself in the industry as "King Lucija."

Adding to her "King Lucija" persona, Lucija changed her appearance. She is easily recognized by her trademark red hair, a red leopard-print tattoo on her neck and chest, and a king's crown tattoo near her eye.

Lucija became known for engaging in illicit activities with high-profile clients in secluded public locations, often sending them to the hospital. The aftermath of these encounters confused police investigators, as Lucija frequently left behind a distinctive brand of Chinese lipstick, leading detectives to believe they were dealing with a serial sodomizer targeting VIP personnel, unaware that the alleged victims had willingly arranged the encounters.

Unfortunately for Lucija, her trademark lipstick was sold by Yo Spa & Nails, a business owned by Chinese immigrants and the family of GI 95.1 Ready-Yo podcaster Greta Yo. The product was also heavily invested in by Mei "Cutthroat" Lee of the Law Offices of J.Y.L. At Wok This Way, Lucija's favorite restaurant, Mei calmly confronted her about the unwanted attention her actions were bringing to nearby Chinese-owned businesses.

After Lucija and Mei reached a mutual understanding, Mei revealed that she had other plans for Lucija. The two became friends, with Mei willing to take Lucija under her wing, but not as a future lawyer. Mei offered to teach her the dark art of blackmail, something Mei built a career on. This new partnership caused a temporary falling-out with Connie, who had originally introduced Lucija to many of the clients who would later appear on her blackmail list.

One of those clients was CAPD Captain Douglas Whittaker. Cpt. Whittaker was a regular client of Lucija, who would often sneak her into Chief Charles "Chip" Godfrey's office for illicit activities. One morning, an envelope containing a USB flash drive was left on Cpt. Whittaker's windshield. The USB flash drive contained encounters with Lucija in the Chief's office. An angry Cpt. Whittaker retaliated by falsely arresting Lucija for soliciting prostitution for the blackmail attempt and threatening to make her life miserable if the content were leaked to the public. He accused Lucija of planting a hidden camera and setting him up, but that was only part of the truth.

City Crippling Lawsuit

Sgt. Ann Whittaker suspected her husband, Douglas, of illicit activities and hired Mei Lee, her divorce attorney, who suggested that she hide the camera in the Chief's office. During her false arrest, Lucija wore a hidden camera on her clothing. In retaliation, Mei privately filed a city-crippling civil rights lawsuit on Lucija's behalf. Mayor Journey Berry, City Manager Dwayne McNair (also a client of Lucija), Councilmember Trey Bishop, and Councilmember Roosevelt Rhodes arranged to settle the lawsuit for $5.2 million without public knowledge, a move that later divided the City Council, with municipal elections only months away. Cpt. Whittaker was demoted to Lieutenant rather than terminated to avoid the city's embarrassment. Sgt. Ann Whittaker's divorce was granted without a fight, and she went back to her maiden name, Witherspoon.

After becoming a multimillionaire, Lucija founded the Lucija Federation, an investment company backed by Midas Financials, the financial firm owned by Mei's business associate, Midas "King Midas" Young of the Law Offices of J.Y.L.

It was at that moment that Lucija decided she did not want to be the President or CEO of her company. She wanted to be King.

And so, she assumed the title.
