Do you see a face you recognize? That's right! He is the identical twin brother of the slain Air Raid Pro Wrestling legend, Hutch Mann Shaw, who trained former All Petalverse Pro Wrestling (APPW) Heavyweight Champion Big Larry Green. Trained by "The Express" Eldon Elridge, this cigar-smoking bounty hunter knows how to get his man. And now he has one man in his sights, and that's Big Larry Green. From Astoria, Oregon. 6'3", 266 lbs. He is "The Oregon Man," Percy Shaw.
My Brother's Keeper
As Big Larry Green's trainer, Hutch never mentioned Percy to Larry because Hutch's wife, Katherine Daniels-Shaw, moved to Oregon with her son, Hutch Jr., to live with Percy. Hutch told her pro wrestling was more important to him than her and their son. Hutch claimed that the wrestling ring was both his wife and son. This put a wedge between Percy and Hutch.
Although Percy and Hutch both trained in pro wrestling under Eldon Elridge, Percy went into law enforcement as a deputy in Clatsop County, Oregon, before becoming a bounty hunter under Percy D. Shaw's Recovery & Bonds. Percy hated wrestling because of what it was doing to his brother, sister-in-law, and nephew.
The Hutch Jr. Incident
As a teen, Hutch Jr. used the child support money Hutch sent him to run away and buy a PODCHOO train ticket from Oregon to Mildrock, where the train station is located. Then, he took a cab to Calico Aster, but the driver got lost on Rooster Road, a popular route between Mildrock and Calico Aster that confuses GPS. They ran into trouble with a few ruffians who weren't kind to outsiders. The ruffians busted the windshield, and Hutch Jr. ran, but the ruffians caught him and beat him. They left him for dead. Hutch Jr. was rescued by the cab driver and taken to Mildrock Memorial Hospital.
Hutch got news of this incident from a furious Katherine in Oregon, who said the Mildrock hospital called her. She believed Hutch got him involved in wrestling. Hutch went to see him, but Hutch Jr. was in critical condition. The cab driver who saved Hutch Jr. was there and told Hutch everything, including what the guys looked like. Hutch was furious.
Dark Flamingos
Weeks later, at an APRW event in Mildrock, Hutch was on the microphone after one of his matches, and recognized a tattoo on three men who fit the description of the guys who had attacked his son. Hutch taunted the men and their wives and girlfriends, something a typical heel would do in ARPW, but Hutch threatened the men and told one of them that he was going to the Dark Flamingos strip club to meet one of the men's sisters for a one-night stand. It was bait.
They followed Hutch to the strip club and attacked him in the parking lot, but Hutch fought all three guys, killing one as the others fled. He was arrested for voluntary manslaughter, and he spent 12 years in Algaheim Correctional.
Family Affairs
Hutch Jr. still wanted to see his father while incarcerated and snuck off on another train ride from Oregon to Mildrock. This time, he arrived safely at Calico Aster. However, Hutch refused to see Hutch Jr., as he didn't want his son to see him as an inmate.
Welcome To Mildrock
12 years later, Percy visited Mildrock by train one night after learning that his brother had been granted parole. While visiting the Mildrock Cafe near the train station, he was met by two ruffians who mistook him for Hutch. They didn't like him smoking a cigar in the business, but it seemed intentional, as he was looking for a fight. When they mentioned not liking his kind, he attacked the ruffians first, bloodying them both.
He left on foot as the bartender called the police. One of the ruffians and a few others who had been called to the scene got together in a pickup truck to look for Percy.
Black Ant Woods
They saw him walking towards Calico Aster, near Black Ant Woods. Percy ran into the woods as the men stopped the truck on the side of the road near the woodline. After hesitating, the men decided to follow him. While running from the ruffians, Percy set up an ambush. He successfully attacked one ruffian, but struggled to fight off the others. They piled on top of him when, suddenly, one ruffian screamed intensely with an arrow piercing his jaw. An arrow struck another ruffian's shoulder, as the others ran away, thinking Percy led them into a trap. A nervous Percy tried to get up and run, but he was staring at leather boots. As he looked up, it was Alyssa Bloodpool, who patrolled the Black Ant Woods at night, claiming the land as hers. Aiming a crossbow at Percy, she wanted to know why he was running through her woods at night without permission.
Percy explained his situation while at the mercy of the native Gigvha Uwoyeni, who was thirsty for blood. But then, she took a look at his hands and saw that they were bleeding. She smiled at the sight of his bloody hands and allowed him to speak freely. After he explained his situation, she escorted him out of the woods and into Horace Heights.
The Resentment
Percy went to visit his brother at his house in Kendrickville, but learned that Hutch was at the ARPW arena training his parole officer, Larry Green, to become a pro wrestler. Peeping through a curtain in the ARPW building, Percy grew angry, watching his brother focus on wrestling rather than his family, who were being cared for in Oregon. Percy didn't bother speaking to him. Instead, he rented a room at the Star Cluster Hotel and planned to return to Oregon the next day.
A Bad Night in Calico Aster
However, things took a dark turn. While Percy was on his way to Oregon on a train, he saw on the news that his brother, Hutch Mann Shaw, had been killed after being attacked with a baseball bat in the ARPW parking lot after a wrestling event. The assailant, who was caught hours later, mistook Hutch for Percy. He mentioned that he was attacked by Hutch in the Mildrock cafe. Percy did not blame himself for Hutch's demise; he didn't blame pro wrestling. He blamed Big Larry Green, his parole officer, who allowed Hutch back in the ring.
Returning to Calico Aster
Hearing of Big Larry Green's return to wrestling under the new APPW and winning the heavyweight championship, Percy returned to Calico Aster. He walked through Black Ant Woods and met the Gigvha Uwoyeni native he had encountered before, who was now going by Mymphis Morbia as an APPW pro wrestler. She gave him a few minutes to talk, but smiled when she heard he wanted to destroy Big Larry Green. She took him to her house in Horace Heights and introduced him to Spooky Sayaka, the captain of the heel locker room, who listened to his twisted plans to bring the championship to the heel locker room. She did not inform APPW promoter Waldo Wagner of Percy's intentions.
See A Face You Recognize?
During the APPW Superplex 2025 pay-per-view main event, while preparing to hit his hip toss finishing move on challenger Raheem Rahim Raheim, Larry saw something in the crowd that distracted him, causing him to lose the match after receiving a "Very Arabian Uppercut," an illegal move often used by Raheim. The referee claims he did not see the uppercut that sparked a riot among fans, resulting in a three-month suspension of APPW events by the City of Calico Aster until things cooled down. However, it was not something Larry saw, but someone—someone he recognized. Larry thought he saw his trainer and mentor, Hutch Mann Shaw, in the crowd and froze.
APPW Recruitment
APPW Promoter Wagner learned from Mymphis Morbia that Hutch had a twin brother and arranged to meet him at Amy & Nelson's Soul Food, where he ate every night. Wagner was surprised at how much he resembled Hutch and immediately offered him a contract.
The Petersburg Screening Evaluation (PSE), administered by Dr. Edna Petersburg, is regulated by the Calico Aster Athletic Commission and governed by the City of Calico Aster. The PSE determines if a pro wrestler is a heel (below 50/100) or a babyface (above 50/100), as part of a public safety initiative.
Score: 26/100
Placing him in the Heel Locker Room
He wears Dark Green and green eye contacts because green makes him think of Big Larry Green, whom he despises.
During interviews, he always asks Big Larry Green if he recognizes him, taunting Larry because his identical twin was Larry's mentor.
He places his cigar on the commentary table before his matches and threatens the commentators if they remove it.
He often stops and stares at fans who have Larry Green signs.
He stalks Big Larry Green, but not in the Horace Heights district, where Big Larry Green is loved. To protect Larry, fans stream him on BlickerBop when they see him lurking.
