1. Ownership of The Petalverse

The Petalverse, Petals of Devastation, and the original characters, character designs, biographies, stories, dialogue, settings, fictional businesses, organizations, locations, maps, logos, graphics, videos, audio, and other original creative materials featured on this website were created by Kendrick Dante Boyd, unless otherwise stated.

These materials are owned by Kendrick Dante Boyd and are protected to the fullest extent permitted by United States copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Publishing material on ThePetalverse.com does not place it in the public domain or give visitors ownership or permission to copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially use it.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Characters and Character Designs

The original characters appearing throughout The Petalverse, including their written portrayals, biographies, histories, personalities, relationships, distinctive appearances, clothing, costumes, masks, wrestling gear, accessories, symbols, insignia, and other identifying characteristics, belong to Kendrick Dante Boyd.

Displaying a character or character design on ThePetalverse.com does not place that character in the public domain or grant permission for others to copy, trace, redraw, reproduce, substantially imitate, modify, republish, sell, merchandise, or present the character as their own.

Petalverse characters and character designs may not be used in books, comics, games, videos, advertisements, merchandise, websites, social-media accounts, commercial projects, or other publications without prior written permission.

The U.S. Copyright Office recognizes that sufficiently original visual aspects and literary portrayals of characters may receive copyright protection.

Some images on ThePetalverse.com may be created or refined using artificial-intelligence-assisted tools. Other materials, including the original Petalverse maps, are not AI-generated.

An AI-assisted image and the original character or protected material depicted in that image are separate. The use of AI does not eliminate or diminish any rights in the underlying Petalverse characters, written portrayals, biographies, stories, logos, branding, costumes, symbols, or other original creative elements.

For example, generating an AI image of an existing protected character does not make that character public property. In the same way, the appearance of a Petalverse character in an AI-assisted image does not grant permission to copy, imitate, merchandise, publish, or commercially use that character.

Kendrick Dante Boyd claims ownership of all human-authored Petalverse materials and creative contributions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Permitted Use

Visitors may:

• View and browse ThePetalverse.com for personal, noncommercial purposes.

• Share direct links to official Petalverse webpages and social-media posts.

• Share automatic link previews created by social-media platforms.

• Quote limited portions of written material for commentary, criticism, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research, when permitted by applicable law and accompanied by appropriate credit to The Petalverse.

No other rights or permissions are granted by this section. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict lawful fair use or other rights provided by law. Fair use depends on the circumstances of each use.

5. Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission, visitors may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute substantial portions of ThePetalverse.com.

• Download and repost Petalverse artwork, character galleries, biographies, videos, audio, maps, logos, or other materials as standalone content.

• Claim Petalverse characters, character designs, stories, names, logos, or other original materials as their own.

• Create unauthorized merchandise, books, comics, games, videos, advertisements, websites, social-media accounts, or commercial projects using Petalverse materials.

• Use Petalverse names, logos, or branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, approval, partnership, or official affiliation.

• Scrape, systematically download, mirror, harvest, or reproduce website content.

• Use Petalverse characters, writing, images, voices, videos, or other materials to create AI training datasets, character models, voice clones, LoRAs, automated character services, or similar technologies.

• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict lawful fair use or any other right provided by law.

6. Fan Works and Permission

These Terms of Use do not automatically grant permission to publish fan fiction, fan art, animations, games, character accounts, merchandise, or other derivative projects using Petalverse characters or materials.

Requests involving fan works, reproduction, licensing, media use, educational use, or other special permission may be submitted to:

Written permission must be received before beginning any proposed use that is not otherwise permitted by law.

Copyright owners generally hold exclusive rights involving reproduction, distribution, and derivative works, while fair use may permit certain limited uses depending on the specific circumstances.

7. Unsolicited Ideas and Submissions

The Petalverse does not request unsolicited characters, storylines, scripts, artwork, wrestling personas, business concepts, or other creative materials.

Sending unsolicited material to The Petalverse or Kendrick Dante Boyd does not create a confidential, contractual, employment, partnership, or collaborative relationship. The Petalverse is not required to review, retain, respond to, compensate for, or use unsolicited submissions.

Please do not submit material that you expect to remain confidential.

The Petalverse is a fictional universe.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, its characters, businesses, schools, government agencies, professional wrestling organizations, products, locations, and events are fictional.

References to real-world locations, organizations, products, historical events, or public figures do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with The Petalverse.

ThePetalverse.com may include links, embedded videos, music, social-media posts, platforms, or other materials provided by third parties.

Third-party names, trademarks, copyrighted works, platforms, and services remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply that they sponsor, endorse, or are officially affiliated with The Petalverse.

The Petalverse does not control the availability, security, content, or policies of external websites and services.

10. Updates and Continuing Development

The Petalverse is an expanding fictional universe. Character biographies, designs, timelines, statistics, maps, organizations, galleries, and other materials may be corrected, revised, expanded, reorganized, or replaced as the universe develops.
